I completely agree with you, sleep is for the best. If you are not taking the time to properly sleep, then you are not doing yourself any favors. You have to learn to take care of your body above all of things. If you do not take a proper night's rest, then you will be a too tired in the morning. I hope that you can adopt the teachings in this blog, it can really turn your life around.
