November Younger and Wiser Brain Lunch
Join us in November to have lunch and discuss the Brain / Gut connection;
The topic is trending in medical journals at the moment. Learn three simple ways have a healthy gut and brain - what should we eat or not eat to prevent dementia, offset depression and build a strong focused brain? Take part in a demonstration to make easy fermented foods and take some home. There is no need to share personal information. This is not an intellectual group - but friendly, sociable and learning group of local and non-local ladies. Everything we do is practical and the lunch is delicious!
