This is Norman Doidge's latest book. It continues the theme of self help for the brain. There are some fascinating examples here and many that can be applied. If you are interested in non pharmaceutical solutions, this is the book for you!












Never believe that your brain gets worse as it ages. That only happens if you don't continue to build it. This is a great book for those contemplating retirement or just worried about ageing!
